I’m not a doctor or an expert—just a woman who has experienced what
it feels like to be tired, overwhelmed, and out of balance.
Now, I live a little differently, and I want to share what’s been helping.

After years as a stay-at-home mom & English As a Second Language tutor, I now write content focused on practical, healthy living.
